If you are a flash gamer, then it’s a good news for you. There are many online flash games we can play through their web site even its need an internet connection to play the game. However, sometimes we need to play it without having to connect to internet. Is it possible?. The answer is absolutely yes. The next question; How does it work?. Well, see the following tutorial:
- Open your web browser such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Google Chrome, or whatever you have. Go to the web target, as an example www.gameatopia.com, then click on the game you want to download.
- Right click on the web page, and click View Page Source, or you can go to the toolbar menu of the browser and click View menu then select Page Source .
- You will see the new window displaying about the HTML code of the web page, do not worry about it as we will not learning the HTML code but we need to find the link refer to the flash game we want to download. Press Ctrl+F , or you can go to the toolbar menu on the browser and click Edit –> Find , and type “.swf” (without quotes), press Enter. You will find the link like the following picture.
- Copy the link you found from the HTML code window, then paste the link to any download manager software which you have. I prefer to use a Flashget downloader.
- Select the destination folder and drive you want to save that game to, and start the download process by click Download button.
- Looks like everything is working properly. Ok, after downloading that file, we will try to play the game. But you must have an Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer or laptop to play that game. Let’s try the game.
