I’m looking at internet speeds of directv and I don’t quite understand directv’s internet speed range. They range from 128 kbps to 256 kbps, are these internet speeds fast. Time Warner’s speeds are range from 1.5M x 384K to 8M x 512K what is the differences between the two.
