Im appealing to a university and I have been working hard in honors classes and did strong my senior year classes. I just need help with the format like what should and shouldn’t be in my essay and how to adress it all in a very motivated and dedicated way. Please HELP

First of all, take a deep breath. We need you to be focused yet calm.
Do it like a standard letter. Address it to a particular person instead of the "to whom it may concern". Then slowly ease into the matter. So your first sentence should not be "You guys messed up and you should accept me". Instead, try something like, "Having worked hard throughout all four years of high school, participated in clubs x,y, and z, and also did whatever, I feel like I am not only ready to you to "name of school" but I will also be an positive asset to it.
Here are some tips:
-Don’t aggressively blame the university. Even if they are wrong, they won’t admit it.
-Tell the reason why they thought you might not be ready for the school and explain how that you are indeed ready.
-Be honest. People who work in higher education could spot a fake sob story a mile away.
-Proof read it. Nothing is worse than getting a letter from a student who didn’t even bother to spell check or review for grammar/logic errors.
