i am getting braces soon and i want to know what comes in most kits from the ortodontist. what do i need to expect and how should i prepare? thanks!

theyll give you a special tooth brush, some floss, a little mirror, a time glass for brushing, and wax. thats alli can remember.
you dont have to do anything to prepare…..it dosnt hurt one bit and braces arnt even that bad. thell tell you not to eat candy or drink soda but thats bull sh it i did everything i wasnt supposed to do and i never broke a bracket.
