Sometime we will need to keep our privacy when we get online on our Blackberry Messenger, so that we need to change our Blackberry Messenger status to be invisible from other people. If you want to change the availability status on your Blackberry Messenger then you should read the following steps about how to change the availability status on Blackberry Messenger. If you change your availability status to Unavailable, you can receive Blackberry Messenger messages, but you are not notified:

1. In Blackberry Messenger, on the Contact list screen, press the Menu key.
2. Click Edit My Info
3. Click a status.
4. If necessary, type a message that people can see when they view your contact information.
5. Click Save.
