Chris Cuomo Leave 'Good Morning America' TV Shows
In this Friday of this week will be the last day and performance for Chris Cuomo on its Good Morning America TV Shows since he has been promoted to co-anchor of 20/20. Which it’s mean he will get a share of the anchor desk on Braking News stories with Elizabeth Vargas as the ABC said Thursday.
Chris Cuomo’s unexpected news came just hours before the expected announcement that from Monday George Stephanopoulos will be named co-anchor of Good Morning America with Robin Roberts and longtime ABC News correspondent Juju Chang will be named news anchor of the show.
“The good news is you never really leave family,” he said, promising to show his “mug” around “Good Morning America” in the future.
It may be recalled that Chris Cuomo joined the Good Morning America family some three years ago and he not only had news reader duties but he also anchored segments, filled-in as anchor and reported from the field on breaking news stories including the Fort Hood shooting, Hurricane Rita and the Sago mine tragedy.
Chris Cuomo is quite upbeat about the change as he calls the “20/20″ opportunity “a dream job,” adding, “it was also a very difficult decision, because I am leaving a special place and crew and all of you and you are all part of my family.”

Very good read, some great points were made. (This isn’t some dumb spam reply either, I’m a true reader.)
