Many people are still confused about the service features provided by telecommunications providers, which is have variety of features and services, especially for those who lay with communications technology. We can found it on Comcast voice-mail service , which is very different from the features of the telephone answering machine at our home. As a new customer, the voice-mail service might makes you confused in order to setting up and use that service. For those have familiar with this service, it will not make any sense to setup this feature since they can follow the instruction on the voice guide installed on it. Then i will focus to whom doesn’t have any experience in this case. All you have to do are described in the following steps :
1. Dial *-9-9 or your own phone number from a phone connected to Comcast’s phone service. If you have never used the voice mail service before, you will be prompted to set it up now. During this process, you will need to say your name and record a message that you would like to be played for callers. You will also need to select a password. Hang up the phone when you are finished.
2. Pick up the phone again and dial *-9-9 or your own phone number to begin using your voice mail. Enter your password to continue and begin listening to messages.
3. Press “7-7″ while a message is playing to delete it. Alternatively, press “1-1″ to replay it, “#” to skip it, or “9-1″ to mark it as unheard so it will be played again the next time you access your voice mail.
Anyway you can also access your Comcast voice mail while you are on the go. Dial your home number from any phone, then press the “#” button while your outgoing recording is playing. Enter your password to begin listening to your messages.
