Well, finally the official Apple company confirms that the iPhone 4G have a weaknesses which many consumer complained about their 4G smart phone devices. This 4G Apple iPhone have a little problem on its antenna. The company recognizes that the way of how the user handle this 4G devices will significantly affect to the iPhone signal quality. Consumer reports the problem on the iPhone have get a quick response from the Apple vendor. There are many user complained about their iPhone problem. However most of the problem come from the user which have a low signal while handle the iPhone by left hand. The vendor confirmed this issue as the quoted from CNET official on Friday ((6/25/2010)), the finger position that cover on the left side of the smartphone will affect to their signal quality as the antenna is placed on there.
“The way about how to handle the iPhone 4G will affect to the signal performance. If this happens, you just need to avoid to handle the bottom left on corner side of phone area, mainly to cover the black lines in that section” thus what is said on the Apple announcement.
On the iPhone there are two antennas are embedded into the steel material on the outside of the phone. The antenna which located on the left is used for Bluetooth mobile phones and WiFi. While the antenna on the right side serves as a recipient of cellular systems.
Instead of antenna problem, some consumers had complained about the iPhone display screen which have yellow spots visible and scratch on the phone body.
The ‘Defects’ of Apple products is not the first time that was happened. In the early last year, the latest iMac desktop buyer ever found for 27-inch screen getting yellow. At that time, Apple admitted there was a problem on their production and offering refunds to customers. Hopefully this will not happen again.

So now Apple’s admitted that there IS a signal problem and instead of fixing it they’re telling us to not hold the left hand corner??
