Do you know who the maker of Popeye cartoon character is?. Well, if you are a good fans of this cartoon series you should knew it. According to Wikipedia site, The American Cartoonist which was known as the creator of Popeye character is E.C Segar (Elzie Crisler Segar December 8,1894 – October 13, 1938) coming from Chester, Illinois small town near the Mississippi River.
